My health plan
Good health is very important to students. A heathy lifestyle is a good for our grades.
I am planning to get up eraly and doing morning sports thirty minutes.And I eat healthy breakfast.I try to eat less junk food.And eat more fruits.And then ,I play computer games less.
At last ,I should exercise every day.
