首先排除A,C因为just位置不对，然后特别注意别混了，后面have done sth就是have sth done，即结束了会议，然后时态根据后面过去式判断前一个是过去完成时，即had just done 强调恰好那个时刻，综上所述答案 D,遇到这种题不要慌，多读几遍

D.had just had 是对的。
had just done sth when +一般过去时，刚。。。就。。。。，再如;I had just got home when my mother asked me to help her with the household. ./ Tom had just come home from school last night when it began to rain.

The manager (had just ) ended the meeting when a stranger came in.=A stranger came in the moment / minute the manage ended the meeting. =A stranger came in as soon as the manager ended the meeting.

D。注意just放在助动词have之后哦~另外就是过去完成时的考查~
