This thesis will take BYD, a successful private enterprise as the research object. Focusing on the problem of setting up suitable excitation system and according to the theory of human resource, this thesis will analyzes the merits and shortcomings of excitation system in BYD. The thesis still discusses a suitable excitation system’s impact on an enterprise to illustrate the importance of a suitable excitation system and provides some suggestions and strategies on excitation system of BYD for the better development of BYD.
