Abstract
据调查目前世界各国人口年龄发展趋向2个特点：平均寿命的延长和老龄人口的增多。然而随着年龄的增长，人的各器官的生理功能也开始缓慢地。机体的老化，消化器官出现一系列解剖的改变和功能的减退，导致消化系统在老年人群中发病率也有所增高。老化造成消化系统的功能改变，严重影响老年人的生活质量和营养状况。而消化性溃疡，慢性便秘，肠梗阻最为常见，故阐述之。

Researches on the develoment trend of ages of people around the world shows there are two trends. One is the extension of average life span while the other is the increasing total number of senior people. However, functions of organs of human body also begin to age with the long lifespan. For example, the changes and hypofunction of digestive organs contributes to increasing rate of diseases in disgestive system in seniors. Aging in disgestive organs severely influenced the life quality and nutrition of seniors, among which pepticulcer, chronic constpation and intestinal obstruction are the most common ones. Therefore, this paper will focus on those topics.
