这句英文有错吗？

有些是有错，有些是很chiglish，不改变你愿意的情况小做了小修改。

Scientific research make many things we can not imagine before come true/possible. No can could ever dream of computer and laser fifty years ago. (有两个以上的并列词或者短语时，不要忘记用and链接，只有,不行。)

Nowadays many new technologies, such as artificial intelligence and genetic engineering, are found out new ways to develop. (你原话中这一句前后意思重复， new technology去are finding out new ways to technologies，不太确定你的意思; 而且many后technology用复数，而且many technology在该语境中不能做主语去find out new ways to...., artificial intelligence, genetic engineering间别忘记andl链接)

No matter if you like, we are the host on the earth/ the masters of the earth by developing
technology continuously. (既然我们现在仍然是地球主人，那么就不该用过去完成时，on the earth 不是in the earth. 关于we做复数主语时，后面 the host/ the master加不加s 我不是很确定，保险起见加s不会错。)

这么多人浏览，却没人说话，貌似说明一些问题。
从上面的文字，能看出来在还是花了很多心思的。这个值得充分肯定。
不过，很多说法是不能直接从中文翻到英文的，要了解英文的习惯才行。
要我说，不如楼主把原来的中文贴上来，每次贴1-2句，大家翻译一下，说不定有好处。

Whether？应该是whatever吧。貌似dream computer有点语法问题
