f=2x1^2-2x1x2-2x1x3+2x2^2-2x2x3+2x3^2
= 2(x1-x2/2-x3/2)^2+(3/2)x2^2-3x2x3+(3/2)x3^2
= 2(x1-x2/2-x3/2)^2+(3/2)(x2-x3)^2

x3-x2=y2
x1-x3=y3
f(x1,x2,x3)
=f(y1,y2,y3)
