强调句型
it is +你要强调的东西+that +这个东西所发出的动作，或者你对这个东西的看法
It is you that we want to recruite.
It is the bike that helps me get rid of the trouble.
补充：这个结构主要用来强调名词成分，也就是it is 后面只能加上名词，不管这个名词做主语还是宾语，只要是名次就可以，但是不可以强调谓语动词。
