good ——ladies and gentlemen i am glad to be a lecturer here to share some of my views of this topic which i have read yesterday on one debate ：people can solve important problems by themselves or with the help from their family members so there is no need for the govern ment to help them

because this is a debate so if you have any questions ,please do not hesitate to ask.
from my perspective i do not think so

there are three reasons
first people cannot solve all the important problems by their members from family ,for instance, rescue in the earthquake, environmental protection and cracking crime.let us think deeply these are all the systematic risk which we can not avoid ,all in all it is goven ment that helped people not to avoid the risks but minimize the lost .

furthermore under no circumstances should govern ment not help its people, we always say , people kindly let the govern ment to get part of their power willingnessly and volunteerly , just want the governors to serve them. it is the reason why there must be a govern ment.

last but not the least ,even if some probkems can be solved by people themselves, government should still help themto hand the problem reasonaly and avoid infringement on other`s lawful benefit. build more houses in public area. handle argument with force. let us take social welfare problem as an example:we can help th e weak part of our family but if there are a host of persons or the entire family are all in to a hard time, govenment will use the lawful way to help them without the teagedy of yangbailao
