Even though my father's story was just a folklore, the story indicated that dumplings are indeed unique.

No matter how poor people are, they would still managed to make some dumplings. Even they don't have meat to eat, they would use wild herbs instead to be the fillings. Dumplings have become a part of our soul.There would be dumplings inner our mind, in our vessels and in the deep part of our heart. Even the time may passes by, people of generations may vary, dumplings are eternal the same in our heart. As a Chinese, I would never abandon dumplings.
