时间流逝的pass是没有被动语态的 请看下面例句

还有have 是现在完成时后面live的时态要改
所以是Ten years has passed.It can pass quickly if you haven't lived in the tough time .
这里 lived in tough time可以直接改为 haven't toughed the years out即可
请看下面例句
tough 忍耐，忍受；熬过(常与 out连用)：
to tough the winter out
熬过冬天

可以 改为 Ten years has passed. It could have been spent quickly if you hadn't lived in the tough time.
