三相市电线电压是380伏已经定了。所以,电机生产完成后,接法就不可以改动了。
如果电机按380伏星形接法生产,被误接成三角形,那就相当于把电压提高为原来的“根号3”倍。此时,电流几乎也跟着增加为原来的“根号3”倍,功率变为原来的3倍,运行很短时间就会烧。
接线时不看铭牌,自以为是、粗枝大叶,很容易出错。
如果电机按380伏三角形接法生产,被误接成星形,功率降低为原来的1/3,,启动困难,工作无力、空载转速低。空载时不至于烧毁,但是在额定负载下工作也会烧毁。

如果是竖着接,也就是上下接,把6个接线柱连接成3个。叫着角形接法
