Abstract: this article with the long tooth type radiator as an example, this paper summarizes a lot of radiator mould design and manufacturing experience foundation, tells the story of fin extrusion die design steps and key points, from regulation metal flow viewpoint, the mould design zonal barrier type former die and die structure, and increase the intensity of mould, to ensure the quality of the mould.
