关于MODELLY臂座气孔的问题， 在收到反馈信息后，对臂座的断口组织进行了检查， 将气孔超标的零件让供应商分析.供应商分析是生产过程中温度控制不当引起的， 并立即针对此问题作了整改。
供应商supplier整改后， 我们公司在质量控制方面也作了相应的要求 ：1， 要求100%称重; 2， 对于每批臂座都要求抽检做臂座断裂强度检验， 锥孔和臂座断面的气孔检查; 3， 对于不符合要求的批次将100%退厂。(仓贮的在制品进行封存后已退厂处理。)

目前presently， 臂座质量已在完全监控状态， 已整改到位。
