1. Mobile phone at shool
Cell phones have become increasingly popular in China these days. Wherever you go you can see people using cell phones. Many college students, even high school students, have cell phones.
Cell phones have brought people a lot of benefits, but the most important is that they are convenient. With cell phones in their hands, they can keep in touch with anybody they want. If they want to get some information from the Internet, they can easily have their dream realized via cell phones too. Furthermore, if someone has a heart attack or a traffic accident, a call to emergency hospital or to the police can quickly bring him the help he wants.
However, cell phones can also bring people problems. The most serious is the electric wave radiation which is thought to be harmful to users’ brains. Another problem is that when people are having a meeting or having a class or at a concert etc, the ring of the cell phone may interrupt others. So I think people should use cellphones as little as possible and turn them off when they are attending important meetings or attending classes.

2. Smoking
Smoking cigarettes is very harmful to our health. Studies show that smoking can cause cancer and other health problems. Smoker should give up smoking.
In addition to health problem, there are other reasons to give up smoking. First, cigarette is very expensive. It is estimated that a smoker will at least spend more than $400 a year. And ,smoking leaves an offensive odor. Non-smoker don’t like to be at around the smoker. Further-more ,smoking is a source of pollution. These are all good reasons to give up smoking .
Of course ,it is not easy to give up smoking ,but it can be done. First ,a smoker may list the disadvantages of smoking ,which will be very helpful for him to give it up. Then ,the smoker should get support form his relatives or close friends. Last but not least ,the smoker should habit ,such as fishing and reading ,which will take the smoker’s mind off smoking.

3.Talk about sport
Sports benefit me in many ways. Firstly, sports call can make me fit and strong physically. When taking part in sports, I get the chance to train almost all parts of our bodies. In addition, sports call can maintain my psychological well being, Whenever I'm in low spirit,aking part in sports can help me forget my anxieties and worries. Besides, sports can teach me some lessons about life. Through participation, I can learn that on the playground I not only struggle for my own self but also fight for my team. Sports teach me to be considerate, cooperative and optimistic.In my hometown, people like playing football, basketball and pingpong ball very much.
I am fond of sports very much. I feel that I not only gain a well balanced life through going in for sports, but also get more chances to make more friends, to move closer to nature. Sports add happiness to my everyday life when I participate in them in a proper way.
My favourite sport is football, as it is very exciting. I play footetball three times a week. Most often I play it in my school. I feel very happy when I play football in school with my friends. Sometimes I play football in the playground near my school.Football is very easy to play. If you play football very well, you can form a football team to take part in the competition. You may become a famous football star.
Therefore, football is a very good sport. I think, you can play football, can't you?
