The design is based on USB CNC Experiment System Interface design. Interface used in51 MCU, MCU programming, the single chip microcomputer can receive from the computer USB interface control instruction. The program is converted into the corresponding numerical control experimental system control command is sent to the numerical control experimental system, complete the corresponding control operation.
Based on the USB CNC experiment system interface design hardware and software aspects of synchronous design. The hardware part is mainly composed of CH372chip, STC89C51RC chip, DS3487M chip, and the chip download circuit etc.. Software mainly includes the use of Visual Basic design of CNC milling machine simple test procedures, Visual C++ head document design, single-chip end procedure design. Single end the use of assembly language for software design. In order to facilitate the expansion and the change, the software design uses the modular structure, make the logic relation of designing program more concise. All the hardware circuit and the program design is complete, have been tested in the laboratory through, is expected to complete a request.
