Abstract：Authorware7.0 was applied in this courseware design of "International Auto Trade Practice". Authorware is a multimedia developing tool. It was developed by American MacroMedia Company. It is easy either to learn or to use and is of great functions. It is of rich process control and functions. Additionally, editor systems and writing languages are put into this software, which enables users to use such multimedia information as graphics, sound, animation and video to make inter-functional multimedia works. Learning Authorware7.0, the author mastered the basic ways and skills to use it to make courseware and multimedia works. Course-planning, material collectting, picture management, video clips etc. are mainly disscussed in this dissertation. Then the design was tested at last, and it turned out to work well, which meets the design requirement and suitable for classroom teaching.
