Exchange rate issue is closely related to national economic. Fluctuation of exchange rates will lead to great influence on foreign trade. Due to the Reform and Open-up policy, china has achieved rapid economic development, and economic strength grows day by day, which leads to a rapid development of foreign trade and accumulates abundant foreign reserves. On the other hand, pressure of the RMB appreciation arose in international market.
The RMB appreciation trend has been set. In this context, china faces more challenges in foreign trade, and some export-oriented enterprises can’t even maintain the status quo due to profit shrink. Under this circumstance, the government should take effective measures from macro side to ensure the access of export, and the enterprises should advocate innovation and incorporation. By analyzing the background and reasons of RMB appreciation, this paper focused on various influences on foreign trade and countermeasures caused by RMB appreciation. The researches results would be references for resolving this problem and developing foreign trade

The exchange rate issue is an important issue and the national economy is closely related to the exchange rate up or down will be a country's foreign trade, especially export trade have a significant impact. Since the reform and opening up, China's economy sustained rapid development of the growing economic strength, driven by the rapid development of China's foreign trade, and accumulated a large trade surplus and foreign exchange reserves, facing severe pressure to appreciate the yuan in the international market.
Various effects in the context of appreciation of the renminbi, China's export trade has been increasingly prominent part of the export-oriented enterprises reduced profits or even unsustainable. Faced with such pressure, on the one hand, requires the State to take appropriate measures to ensure the smooth export normal from a macro perspective, the other hand, requires companies to innovate and adjust from their own microscopic point of view, really fast and good for developing the national economy. Based on this, starting from the background and reasons for appreciation of the renminbi, to study the various effects and countermeasures of China's exports of RMB appreciation, provide a reference to solve the main problem facing the export, and promote the sound development of China's export trade.
