1 Please put the our company's Purchase Order No. on the deliver sheet.
2 Please guarantee that all the goods' quality and quantity meet our company require.
3 If there is any delay of delivery, please inform us one week before. Unless, all the economical damage that caused would due to your side.
4 Please confirm the date two days after receiving the Purchase Order by fax with signature.
5 Please guarantee the good quality, or else will lead to return with no excuse.

1.pls show the the PO NO. on the delivery note.
2.The quality and the quantity must fulfill our requirement.
3.If any delay we will charge all the fault on your side unless you have informed us ahead of 2 weeks.
4.Pls sign the PO with the best ETD by return within 2 days.
5.The quality must be guaranteed otherwise it will be rejected absolutely.
