1.Coordinates day-to-day repair of equipment such as punch presses, drill presses, lathes, compressors, grinders, conveyors, stamping machines and similarly designed equipment according to Company standards and procedures with respect to production requirements, cost, and quality.

5.prepares and approves purchase requisitions within a pre-established dollar amount.
6.Evaluates and recommends the purchase of new and/or used machinery.
7.Prepares, develops, and maintains a Preventative Maintenance Program for equipment and the facility.
8.Conducts and records inspections according to procedures, making necessary repairs to ensure safe operation of all facilities and equipment.
9.Performs general plumbing work including installation and repairs, janitorial service and general labor in the plant.
10.Provides maintenance, inspection and repair service for forklifts, air compressors, propane tanks and electrofinishing and waste water equipment.
11.Constructs offices, buildings, worktables/benches, expansions and additions, storage areas, containers, and all related production items. Builds or rebuilds machinery for production as determined by disassembling and evaluating equipment repair requirements.
12.Evaluates, prioritizes and schedules work, determining work complexity, specialized manpower and hours to be worked.
13.Participates in internal programs, such as communications, vacation schedules, job evaluation, employee performance reviews, wage administration, etc., as needed.
14.Oversees the general conformance with employee rules, the issuing of warnings and the administration of disciplinary measures when necessary.
15.Manages and directs a work force of 10-25 employees with varying skills on two shifts.
16.Maintains overall facility, land and utility systems in optimal working condition and deadlines.
17.Obtains and maintains all necessary government licenses, permits and inspections related to the facility and equipment.
