就胞嘧啶而言是dctp。就四个碱基的mix则为dntp(n=a,t,c,g)。因为是以此底物为原料,要加在3'-OH上需要高能建。dnmp是没有高能磷酸键的,而dntp则有两个。但最后在DNA链中的形式是dnmp。谢谢。
