SQE的工作职责是什么？

　　SQE 是 Supplier Quality engineer 或 sourcing Quality engineer. 也就是供应商质量工程师 或者采购质量工程师。
　　主要职责就是帮助供应商提高产品质量可靠性。 可以参照一下职位描述：

　　The SQE function will develop, improve, and drive the following supplier-related processes and activities:

　　Supplier Quality Improvement and Control
　　Supplier Value Engineering
　　Supplier Innovation
　　We anticipate that this function may play a key role in global sourcing strategy.

　　PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
　　Lead the supplier development process and activities in term of project timing, key qualification and quality control gates/milestones and deliverables for capital equipments.
　　Lead supplier qualification and problem solving and drive corrective actions with support from engineering and global sourcing team.
　　Own and improve the supplier qualification process to accelerate expansion of the local supplier base while reducing the required functional engineering workload
　　Support common processes for supplier quality control and improvements, monitor supplier quality, identify high-priority supplier issues through supplier corrective action report or improvement plan to address and coordinate when and where to involve functional experts
　　Develop and drive a formal supplier value engineering program to enhance the quality, performance, and cost of the supplier base
　　Optimize the use of engineering resources involved in supplier activities
　　Manage suppliers as well as interface with cross function teams

SQE工作职责说明
1. 推动供应商内部质量改善
1.1 推动供应商成立完善的SJQE及QIT组织.
1.2 供应商制程变更及材质变更的确认管控动作.
1.3 新材料及变更材料的管控.
1.4 推动厂商导入常用的质量体系如，SPC, 6Sigma 等品管手法。
1.5 材料质量目标达成状况的改善及检讨。
1.6 不合格项目的改善确认动作。
1.7 材料异常的处理及成效的确认。
2. 推行执行SQM的系统程序文件.
2.1 供应商的评监，择优选择厂商。
2.2 供应商的定期及异常稽核的执行。
2.3 供应商的辅导，提升质量。
2.4 执行供应商的奖罚措施。
2.5 建立完善规范的材料作业指导书
3. 报表执行
3.1 每月的供应商等级评比。
3.1 每年的供应商等级评比。
3.2 供应商MBR, QBR 会议的召开。
3.3 8D Report 的发出及时效管控及改善效果的跟进。
3.4 供应商质量月报，FAI 报表，信赖性报表的跟催及确认。
