第一部分自选话题，自己准备，区别于初级考试
中级考试不再用mind map了，只单一的一个topic，考官就此发挥问题。
通常会问why do you choose this topic。就此就展开问题说了。

第二部分是互动，这部分考官会给你个场景，随机的，就此场景
考官需要你和他互动，问一些问题，然后可以给予一些自己的观点，比如说7级里第二虚拟语气可以用上，9级里的hope & wish的用法等等。这个绿本上有详细说明
比如说：
1.My husband/wife has suddenly announced that when we retire, he/she hopes we will sell our house and change our way of life completely.
(考官则需要你的一些possible functions: expressing regrets, wishes and hopes, evaluating options, expressing assumptions)

GM food or genetically-modified food is most commonly used to refer to crop plants created for human or animal consumption using the latest molecular biology techniques. These plants have been modified in the laboratory to enhance their nutrition content. The enhancement of desired traits has traditionally been undertaken through breeding, but conventional plant breeding methods can be very time consuming and are often not very accurate. According to Wikipedia, “the world population will go up to 8900 billion in 2050.” So GM foods, produced food by using biological technology, it will increase yield and speed up their growth that can supply sufficient food for the increasing population. What’s more, GM foods projects are developed to increase our food supply, reduce the chemical pollution, and enrich our food quality.
Undoubtedly, as every coin has two sides. The GM food also has some dispute. Since GM foods were first put on the market in the early 1990s, many people have raised concerns about GM foods, and criticized agribusiness for pursuing profit without concern for potential hazards. First, it is the environment hazards, unintended harm to other organisms, then scientists can choose which genes to manipulate, but they don’t yet know where in the DNA to precisely insert these genes and they have no way of controlling gene expression, because genes don’t work in isolation, changing a few could change the whole picture. Finally, in some countries, some companies don’t label their foods as being GM foods. There is concern about a GM bias affecting business. It is just unfair to the consumers who should have the right to know what they are buying and indeed to decide whether they want to buy GM foods or not. So, from my point of view, this production is not mature yet, we should have an intensive study of it. But in any case I believe GM food is going to replace traditional food, the trend is undeniable, as soon as we solve the food security problem, and GM food will certainly come to the market and has a bright future.
