请教初中英语问题，and 和or 的用法

1在否定句中，列举成分为主语，且在否定词之前，用and；而列举成分在否定词后，用or
　　eg：Lily and Jane can't speak English well
　　. I don't like tea or coffee.
　　2在否定句中，所连接的两个部分都有否定词用and
　　eg：There is no water and no air on the moon.
　　3在否定句中，without后有列举成分，用and；肯定句中，without后有列举成分，用or
　　eg:Man can't live without water and air.
　　 Man will die without water or air. ...

and表示并列，一般用于肯定句，后面一般加be动词are,例：Marry and I are good friends.
or是选择疑问词，是特殊疑问句提问，例：Who are your father or uncle? My father. or一般也用于否定句中，如果句子中有行为动词就用它，例：He likes milk and water. 否定：He doesn't like milk or water.

You and Jack are my good friends.你和杰克是我的好朋友。

or或者，表示选择，用用选择疑问句中
例如Would you like tea or coffee? 你想和茶还是咖啡？
