推荐信理论上是要单独交的，但是实际操作中，你让老师写好装在新封信，封口签字，然后正面写上你们系的地址，然后以打包一起寄过来就行了。只要推荐信不是打开的就行。我这是ubc的人给你的申请经验，你要信不过写信问小秘也行。
