A: Excuse me.
B: Yes, sir. How may I help you.
A: Well, you see, I just got off the flight in from New York and I can't seem to locate my luggage.
B: Are you missing your carry-on item?
A: Oh no, it's my hold luggage that I appear to have lost.
B: Just hold on a minute, sir. I have just called for one of our baggage clerks. He will be able to help you locate your missing luggage. There he comes now.
A: Thank you.
C: Good day, sir. I heard you are missing some bags.
A: Yes, that's right.
C: Well, I'll need you to describe the bags for me.
A: It's a medium-sized brown suitcase with two wheels on the bottom. It shouldn't be to difficult to find; my daughter drew a big pink happy-face on the front before I left this morning.
C: That's lovely, sir. Now, if you would just wait for a bit while I check our baggage logs, I'm sure we'll be able to locate that bag of yours in no time at all.
A: Thank you. I appreciate your help.
C: Oh, there it is. Your bag was mixed up with the bunch from Flight 100. If you go straight down this hallway and make a left at the end, you'll see the baggage claim are for that flight. Your bag will be waiting when you arrive.
