win7有32位和64位两种，如果游戏无法启动，主要的解决方法有两种：
1、导入注册表文件；
2、设置运行在兼容模式下；
这里主要讲第一种，第二种其实很简单，右键点“heroes3.exe”，出来的菜单中就有“兼容性”这一项。然后设置就可以了。
一般绿色的英雄无敌3都提供一个需要导入的“reg”文件，但这个文件是32位机用的，在64位win7下必须修改下才能用。

观察了下，就是把大部分的值写入了“Wow6432Node”下，从名字上看，应该是为了在64位系统上兼容32位应用弄的。

一样的win7，当时怎么也玩不了，管理员权限啊，兼容模式啊，统统不好使。
但是呢，其实只需要一个小地方，一个大家往往都忽略的小地方。
本来想借个图给你看更清晰，不过不知道为什么图片老上传不了。
不过没关系，反正很简单的一个地方。
还是对着进入游戏的图标右键——属性——兼容性——以兼容模式运行这个程序
我选择的是windows98/windowsME，你也可以试试别的，这不是关键
这些你肯定都做过了

下边有几个复选框选项，其中一个是“禁用桌面元素”

我看到这篇东东，感觉是对的。
我电脑不咋精通，但自己操作一下也就懂了。事实证明WIND7系统通用XP是最好的，如果是通用W ME好像会卡机，还是漫严重的那种。
按照以上几位仁兄的方式更改完属性后，在HERO3系统里重新注册一次，游戏文件里事有一个注册表的。注册好后就可以运行了。
