1和8可以结合起来，我觉得可以从几方面来说，一是谈你对这公司的了解对你应聘的岗位的了解，另一方面就是对你自己的了解，两者契合了就是为什么他们应该聘用你了。
2题看你实际情况了，可能是原公司的体制不适合你，再有你有自己的职业规划。
3题要选些你的职位需要的特点说吧，我觉得。
4题6题7题都是你的特点。优缺点都要说，最好有实例。
5可以说可你期望的薪酬，如果他觉得高，你就要说为什么你值这个数。
