(1)为高碳、高铬型合金钢、具极高硬度及适宜之韧性,并有回火硬化效果,为典型之风硬钢,是目前耐磨耗性最好之合金工具钢。
(2)添加钼、钒元素,故兼具耐磨、不变形、耐冲击等特性。
(3)经二次精炼,清净度佳,晶粒微细。此钢为高碳、高铬(12%)钢材,出厂前经特别热处理,加工性能特佳,淬透性极佳。有极高的韧性及耐磨损性,热处理时尺寸变化稳定。
K110模具钢力学性能:
K110出厂状态:软性回炉至250HB(最高);退火规范:退火温度830~880℃,保温时间1~3H,徐冷。淬火、回火规范:淬火温度1020~1040℃,空气、油冷却,回火温度180~200℃,硬度60~62HRC。
