I am now a nurse of Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Colleage of Medicine. I get generous salary，enjoying the benefits from medical insurance, social insurance, housing insurance and pension system.Since I am a hygienic and technical personnel directly affiliated to the hangzhou city health department ， I cherish this job. Although my work was very busy , but I can learn a lot from my everyday work about medical and nursing knowledge.It ‘s of great help to my professional development and also pleasant to work with my colleagues.
However, I am going to spend a year in the United State for study exchange. I have to resign ,as my hospital is impossible to agree to such a long-time holiday. They suggest that I quit my job now and then come back here through the next year's recruitment .They will welcome my back and hope I can bring some new professional notions.
