好象没有光学显微镜这样的说法,一般显微镜分为:读数显微镜,体式显微镜,金相显微镜,生物显微镜,还有及少用到的荧光显微镜,偏光显微镜.
读数显微镜:放大倍数较小最大100X.一般用于,简单物体的表面观察,例如:划痕,或颜色;
体式显微镜:放大倍数在45X左右,也可以放大到90X,180X.用于观察轻工业,农业、林业、医药、卫生、地质、考古、生物等行业。比读数显微镜的视野范围大,而且可以接数码相机,电脑.将观察到图象保存或打印出来.
金相显微镜:放大倍数在100X-1250X这个范围内.主要用于重工业,鉴别和分析各种金属和合金的组织结构.也有可接数码相机和电脑.
生物显微镜:有放大倍数40X-1600X之间的,主要用于生物学、细菌学、病理学、药物化学等研究领域.所以倍数相对高一点.也有可接数码相继和电脑.
选择什么样的显微镜主要还是和你观察的东西有关,需要放大到什么样倍数;达到什么样的效果;观察物体是否有双折射等而定.例如:透明晶体,需要用偏光显微镜...等等.
这些显微镜都是光学的,通过光的折射,反射达到想要的效果.
