Process improment means all developments, inventions, and improvements related to the PROCESS which are developed by or on behalf of a party within five(5) years after the EFFECTIVE DATE. However, PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS shall not include any patents which are directed to the composition, manufacture, reactivation, or regeneration of catalysts of any kind.
