Why I Chose to Attend College
From primary school【小学】 to high school, both my teachers and my parents taught me to study hard so that I can enter college. Now that【既然】 I am studying college, I really consider the reasons that I chose to enter a college.
Firstly, college provides more opportunities for me to take part in a variety of activities, which enlarge【】扩大 my knowledge and enhance 【提高】my ability. Although society may have such chances, the competition is so fierce that few people will cooperate and help each other to fulfill【完成】a task. Secondly, college students come from different areas. I have to learn how to make friends with them and I have learnt a lot from them.
Besides the two main points I have mentioned, further study can enrich my horizon 【丰富视野】and lay a good foundation 【奠定基础】for my future work.
In total, I think college experience is invaluable 【珍贵的】for one’s life. The knowledge we learned, the friends we made will be our lifelong treasure【一生的财富】. That’s why I chose to enter college.
现在的英语教育没有意思,写作更无聊了,就这么三四段,就那么几个连词,你背下,翻来覆去用就是了,所以不要对英语没信心,只要理解了作文题意,自己用汉语想个提纲,简单翻译出来就是了。
The reason is I want to find a job. The job is a good one if I attend college. If I have a good job, I don't have to worry about my life because I can make a living. I can make a living because I have salary. It means I have my own money. I don't have to rely on my family. I can use the money to buy everything I want and need. I can buy cars, houses and so on. I can use the money as tuition for my further study abroad. I can have a pretty wife if I am well educated. That's why I choose to attend college.
