Good morning!Today the topic of our speech is happiness comes from good health.
近20年来,我国青少年体质持续下滑,体能素质下降,肥胖率上升,近视率居高不下,这种状况确实令人担忧.为了保持健康,体育锻炼是最好的方法.
In recent 20 years,our healthy status has been falling down rapidly,while the obesity rate has been climbing up greatly.What’s worse,a large number of students have become near-sighted.How to solve this problem?The best way is to do more exercise.
体育锻炼有助于消除大脑长期工作带来的疲劳,增强记忆力,提高学习效率,保持心情的愉悦.
Exercise can prevent the tiredness from work and study.Moreover,it can bring good effects to our memory,our study efficiency and it can make us happier.
同学们,健康不代表一切,但失去健康就一定会失去一切,但在我们部分同学做的很不好:跑步不认真,时有谈笑风生的,队伍散乱,甚至还有的同学故意躲在洗手间.这样下来,不但起不到锻炼的目的,还养成精神面貌懒散,做事不认真的坏习惯.为有效提高中考体育成绩,切实提高学生的体质健康水平 ,在此要求我们做到以下二点:
Dear classmates,health is everything.We can achieve nothing without our health.But most of our students didn’t realize it.They talk and laugh when they are running.They bring chaos into the team.Some of them even hide in the bathrooms.If you keep doing that,you will get into the habit of laziness.In other to improve our health and study,I think we should follow these rules:
第一、跑步时队伍整齐,眼睛向前看,双手应该正确摆动,不要一边跑、一边讲话,因为很容易把跑步时带起的灰尘吸到嘴里.
First,be careful and pay attention to your movements when you run.Don’t talk.第二、积极参加各项体育运动,Second,take part in all kinds of activities.
第三、参加体育锻炼要有顽强的毅力,持之以恒的精神.At last,be persistent and strong-willed when you do sports.
同学们,只有健康的体魄,以及良好的心理品质,才能更好地工作和学习,才能应付各种困难和挑战.祝愿同学们在体育锻炼中变的更健康,更自信!
