how to improve my english ability?

till i am a middle school student, my english is not good enough.

after university enterance examination, i have not studied english very hard.

so , now english has been my biggest shortage.

now , i work in a foreign company, english is very necessary, i must improve it as soon as possible.

oral english and writting english are the same important.

i don't know how to improve them.

now ,i will try my best to write my thought and ideal in english everyday, i think after several weeks, the imprvement can be seen.

sometimes the most primary way is the most effective way.
