1、---I haven't heard from Peter for ages.
---Neither have I.What do you suppose __C_____ to him?
A.to happen B.happening C.has happened D.had happened

you suppose What has happened to him?

2.---Jane,my morning meetings may last longer than planned.Could you call my wife and tell her I won't have lunch at home ?
---Yes,sir.If anyone calls __D____you are out,I will take the message.
A.if B.when C.as D.while

anyone calls 与局旅you are out是对比,强调对比,用while,不用when/as什么的。

3.---I'm afraid I've got a headache.
---___C____?Wait here and I will get some medicine for you .
A.Are you B.Aren't you C.Have you D.Haven't you

———I'm afraid 。。。

自然要用Are you...

4.---Is Judy here already?
---Judy?You mean the girl ___B____with Mr Brown yesterday?
A.talked B.talking C.to talk D.talks

the girl

talking with Mr Brown yesterday这是后置定语。

What has happened to him?

1.do you suppose 是插入语,真正的提问是what has happened to him
4.省略that,who,完整句为you mean the girl who talked with ....

2.while作对比
4.a 过去时所以是a

3.---I'm afraid I've got a headache.
---___C____?Wait here and I will get some medicine for you .
A.Are you B.Aren't you C.Have you D.Haven't you

Have you与I've got a headache对应

4.---Is Judy here already?
---Judy?You mean the girl ___B____with Mr Brown yesterday?
A.talked B.talking C.to talk D.talks

You mean the girl (who) talked with Mr Brown yesterday? who可省略
