几道初二英语同义句转换

变化形式有很多种，我尽量使用初二已经学会并能够理解的句型：

1.We will die if we have no food to eat.
= We will die without food to eat.

2.Mary and Ken were born on the same day.
= Mary is as old as Ken.

3.What do you think of the film?
= How do you like the film?

4.Tommy’s memory isn’t as good as Millie’s.
= Tommy's memory is worse than Millie's.
= Millie's memory is better than Tommy's.

5.Reading in the sun does harm to our eyes.
= It' harmful for our eyes to read in the sun.
= Reading in the sun is harmful to our eyes.

6.Rubbish causes pollution.
= Rubbish leads to pollution.
= Rubbish makes/brings pollution.

7.The water is so clean that we can drink it.
= The water is clean enough for us to drink.

8.Some people were so poor that they couldn’t buy their own house.
= Some people were too poor to buy their own house.

9.At the party last night, we sang as well as danced happily.
= At the party last night, we not only sang but also danced happily.

10.The computer is too expensive for him to buy.
= The computer is so expensive that he can't buy it.
= The computer isn't cheap enough for him to buy.
