This paper discusses in detail the optical sensor based on single chip and testing of intelligent speed device design and fabrication. The device uses low-power MCU and XXX series pulse sensor, speed signal first passes through the controllable frequency divider circuit, change the input signal into <1000Hz low-frequency signal output to MCU, can achieve wide-range accurate measurement of speed.
