Human beings , is one kind of living things on the earth . They need to live ,work and study .All of us know that keeping healthy is the most important part of our life.So how can we keep in good health?
First,we should have some good eating hobbies .For example , don't eat meat a lot ,or just like eating snacks instead of eatting rice .We should have a balance diet. A lot of teenagers would like to eat many sweets and chew gum all the time .It's not good for your health .And then ,you will have a toothache. Don't eat sweets after 9 pm.It's also bad for your teeth .Eating a lot of vegetables and fruits is really helpful . And we can hear about that:One apple a day keeps the doctor away.
Second, we should execise more often .If you are free ,you can join a sports club. You must stick to do some sports every day. I think walking an hour a day is really good for us .Remember that ,you can't give up doing these. Only then ,you can keep fit and healthy.And you will have a much healthier body to do what you enjoy.

By eating properly and exercising regularly, I can keep my body at a proper weight and keep healthy. By spending time with my friends, I can keep my mind as well as my body happy.
