Our nation's "Accounting System for Small Enterprises" was officially implemented on 1st January, 2005. The system has an important practical significance and theoretical value with regards to the conformation of of small enterprises' accounting conduct, and improvement of the quality of small enterprises' accounting information, however, it is worthy of our examination and consideration as to whether small enterprises' accounting organizations and their personnel are able to thoroughly carry out the accounting standard. In view of this, I begin from the analysis of small enterprises' information's supply and demand characteristic,to explore whether or not small enterprises'accounting service outsourceing is conducive to the effective and thorough execution of such an accounting standard of "Small Enterprise Accounting System",in order to enable accounting to fully carry out its functions in small enterprises, in its role of reflection,supervision and participation of economic decision-making.
Simultaneously comparing with large enterprises, characteristic of small enterprises'accounting infomaton's supply and demand has made small enterprises' accounting service outsourcing feasible and rational. This article carries out systematic analysis on those characteristics, feasibility and rationale as well as putting forward suggestions on the mode and countermeasure with regards to small enterprises'accounting service outsourcing.

January 1, 2005, China's "small business accounting system" into effect, which for the standard small business accounting practices and improve the quality of accounting information small businesses have important practical significance and theoretical value, but the small business accounting institutions and their accounting personnel can effectively implement this accounting standard worthy of our examination and reflection. Based on this, I grew up corporate accounting information analyzing the supply and demand characteristics to explore the outsourcing of accounting services to small businesses would help "small business accounting system" that the effective implementation of accounting standards, so that a reflection of accounting, supervision and participation in economic decision-making functions of the small businesses will be fully effective.

At the same time and compared with large enterprises, small business accounting information on the special nature of supply and demand, so that small business accounting services outsourcing is feasible and reasonable. In this paper, these features, the feasibility and rationality of the system analysis and proposed small business accounting services outsourcing models and countermeasures and proposals.
