Rolls Royce is a prestige manufacturer of vehicle,engine of vehicle and aviation ，and other production in British.It was founded in Mar 15th 1906 and it got in bankruptcy in Feb 4th 1971.Subsequently it was reformed into two separated companies :one was the Company With Limited Liability Rolls Royce and the Accessory Company With Limited Liability Rolls Royce（首字母大写）.In 1980 ,the Accessory Company With Limited Liability Rolls Royce was merged with the company with limited liability Rolls Royce ,the latter one became subsidiary of the former one.
