When I get upset, I try to stay away from the people or the environment that piss me off.
I try to stay alone and have deep breathes. It helps to calm me down.
I also try to take a glass of water and sit quietly. Cool water calm me down.
Listening to music also help. I enjoy soft music.
I also try to talk to good friends and tell them how I feel. I feel much better after I have talked to people.
