英语上常见的就近原则和就远原则有哪些?

没听说过就远原则。你说的是主谓一致问题，它有三大原则：1——语法一致原则。即主语是复数可数名词则谓语用复数，反之则用单数；不可数名词做主语，谓语动词也用单数。2——就近原则。只是和个别的句型有关，如not only……but also, either……or, neither……nor, or等（死记硬背就行了）。3——意义一致原则。多的去了，如主语由and连接，主语后有with,besides,but等，集体名词做主语，数量词做主语，不定式、动名词、名词性从句做主语等等，很复杂。还是靠死记。但是语法没有必要大堆大堆地去记去背，关键在平时的点滴积累。

邻近原则(Proximity)
以either…or, or, neither…nor和not only…but also，whether…or；not…but; not only…but also 等连接的两个主语，其谓语的单复数形式应与离谓语最近的主语保持一致。
如：Either you or he has to go there with me.
由there或here引起的主语，而又不止是一个时，采取就近原则。如：Here is a pen, a few envelopes and some paper for you.
在倒装句中：谓语可与后面第一个主语一致。e.g. ①In the distance was heard the clapping of hands and the shouts of the people . 在远处，能听见鼓掌声和人们的呼喊声。
