the result of doing exercise is iron loss. Exercise can result in iron loss for the following reasons .
One is that some iron is lost in sweat produced in the exercise . Another reason is blood leaking.
Besides ,exercise may reflect on bruise.
In a word, exercise may do us good but also harm. So, moderate exercise is necessary, but
you should pay attention to some problems when you dou some exercise .
Certainly, in my opinion , doing more exercise may have unexpected benefits, as long as you have health-conscious.
