在国内，外资银行其实很不吃香的，待遇不好，业务难做，而且因为跟国内银行体制相差很大，国内银行对这个工作经验不是很认可。
如果你要进的话，专业其实不太重要，只要是经管类的专业都是符合的。本科进银行一般都是客户经理的标准，所以学生干部（证明沟通能力），六级英语（国有银行一般会要求），最好有个证券，基金从业资格（很容易考得），就差不多了。还有平时成绩要好，银行有时候招人很龟毛。
